You are a successful, accomplished professional, now feeling bored to death by the repetitive routines that make up your daily existence, and the low expectations of people around you.
You are tired of spending time worrying about the negative aspects of your future involving only decline, and having nothing positive on the horizon that could inspire and uplift you.. Â
- You are  aware of the frequent microaggressions that lead to feeling âless thanâ ( you once did about yourself)  and self conscious about being  seen primarily  as  an older person without an identity unique to YOU.

You use intention and concentration to pursue cognitive, physical, and emotional challenges, with vigor and resolve.
You Could Be On The Road To These Results Just A Few Months From Now.
How is This Possible ?

Let me introduce
My Background
When my mother was in her late sixties, I saw her treated differently by the people around her. She had always been attractive, and friendly, and to me she still was, but I witnessed others treating her with indifference, impatience, and less respect. I saw her confidence diminish, her spark start to dull. I was enraged.
I saw it in my older patients as well, their feeling ashamed of getting older, lowering their expectations, not caring as much about themselves. Jokes about aging, ways of diminishing their accomplishments and prospects for the future, became bad habits.
I realized nobody had taught them how to approach retirement with strategies to counter TOXIC AGING beliefs. Â I began to study Deepak Chopraâs AGELESS BODY TIMELESS MIND, a book about how aging involves social conditioning, and how our beliefs about aging can make it worse or make it better. Â I incorporated these ideas with cutting edge research, to teach my mother, Â and then all of my older patients, Â to enjoy and value themselves, and their present life, as much as what they had done in the past. Â They developed new ways of seeing themselves and their lives. They began to LIVE.
